Low-Fat Peanut Butter Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. fat-free cream cheese
    1 1/3 c. powdered sugar
    7 Tbsp. peanut butter
    1/2 c. milk (skim)
    1 1/4 c. Cool Whip (lite)
    1 (8-inch) graham cracker crust
Preparation
    Whip the cheese at low speed until soft and fluffy.
    Beat in sugar and peanut butter.
    Slowly beat in milk.
    Fold in Cool Whip. Pour into shell.
    Freeze pie, covered.
    Remove from freezer 15 minutes before serving.
