Gingersnaps - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. sugar
3/4 c. Crisco
1 egg
2 c. flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1 Tbsp. ginger
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. salt
1/4 c. molasses
Preparation

Cream first 2 ingredients slightly.
Add remaining ingredients.
Mix well.
Roll into small balls.
Roll each ball in sugar.
Place on cookie sheet.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 10 minutes.
