Veal Rolls Divan - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 slices bacon
    1 1/2 c. packaged herb seasoned stuffing mix
    6 thin veal steaks, pounded to 1/8-inch thick
    2 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen broccoli spears, thawed
    1 chicken bouillon cube
    1 (10 oz.) can frozen condensed cream of shrimp soup, thawed
    1/3 c. milk
Preparation
    Cook bacon until crisp.
    Drain and reserve drippings.
    Prepare stuffing mix per package directions, using bacon drippings and melted butter to make 1/4 cup.
    Crumble bacon and stir into stuffing.
    Place 1/3 cup stuffing onto each steak and roll each steak; secure.
    Add 1 tablespoon salad oil to drippings in skillet. Brown veal rolls. Dissolve crushed bouillon cube into 1/2 cup boiling water.
    Arrange broccoli spears in baking dish.
    Place veal rolls over broccoli.
    Pour bouillon mixture over veal. Cover dish with foil.
    Bake, covered, at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
