Myriah'S Apricot Cordial - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 1/2 lb. dried apricots
1 lb. sugar (1 3/4 c.)
1 qt. vodka

Preparation

Place ingredients in 1/2 gallon flat topped glass jar (do not mix).
Turn jar upside down twice a day for half a day, for 8 days. Use same apricots again with same amount of sugar and vodka, only set for 12 to 14 days.
