Tomato Ketchup - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 gal. tomato juice
2 Tbsp. salt
4 c. sugar
3 c. vinegar
2 Tbsp. dry mustard
1 Tbsp. cloves
1 Tbsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. pepper
1 c. onion, chopped
1 c. red peppers, chopped
Preparation

Mix first 4 ingredients until it boils down a bit, then mix in dry mustard, cloves, cinnamon, onion and peppers.
Stir constantly over heat until thick.
Bottle it and seal.
