Wine Biscuits - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 c. flour
    4 tsp. baking powder
    1 c. oil
    1 c. red Burgundy wine
    1 c. sugar
    egg white (for glaze)
Preparation
    Mix flour, baking powder, oil, wine and sugar; let stand about 15 minutes.
    Roll out about a tablespoon into a rope and twist like a knot.
    Place on ungreased cookie sheet.
    Brush with egg white, beaten with a tablespoon of water.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 20 minutes or until done.
