Rice Custard Pudding - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. boiling water
    1/2 c. raw rice
    1/4 tsp. salt
    3 eggs
    1/2 c. sugar
    3 1/2 c. milk
    1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Boil water and add rice.
    Cover and boil rice until most of water is absorbed (over low heat or double boiler).
    Stir occasionally while rice is boiling.
