Shepherd'S Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 Tbsp. oil
1 1/2 lb. ground chuck
1 small onion, chopped
salt
pepper to taste
dash of garlic powder
2 1/3 c. water
2/3 c. milk
4 Tbsp. margarine
2 2/3 c. instant Potato Buds
1 can corn Niblets
1/2 c. shredded cheese
Preparation

Heat oil in large skillet; saute beef and onion until browned, adding salt to taste, pepper and garlic powder.
Drain off excess fat and place in square casserole.
Bring water, milk, margarine and 1 teaspoon of salt to a boil.
Stir in Potato Buds until thoroughly moistened and potatoes are fluffy.
Spread corn Niblets over beef mixture, then spread potatoes over corn.
Sprinkle cheese on top.
Bake in preheated 350\u00b0 oven for 25 to 30 minutes or until heated through.
Yields 6 servings.
