Caramel Corn - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. butter
    1 c. sugar
    1/4 c. dark Karo syrup
    1/2 tsp. baking soda
    2 qt. popped popcorn
Preparation
    I cook this in a heavy aluminum pan.
    Bring butter, sugar and Karo to a boil.
    Boil 5 minutes, then add soda.
    It gets foamy. Pour over corn; stir until well coated.
    Break apart and store in an airtight container.
