Fresh Apple Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. salad oil
    2 c. sugar
    3 eggs
    3 c. flour
    1 tsp. soda
    1 tsp. baking powder
    2 tsp. vanilla
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    1 tsp. nutmeg
    1 c. chopped nuts
    3 c. fresh apples, chopped (about 4 apples; pears may be used)
Preparation
    Mix sugar and oil in electric mixer.
    Beat at high speed for 1 minute; add eggs, one at a time, beating each for 1 minute.
    Mix dry ingredients.
    Add to mixture.
    Fold in vanilla, apples and nuts.
    (Juice thins as it cooks.)
    Grease and flour large Bundt or angel food pan.
    Bake at 325\u00b0 for 1 to 1 1/2 hours.
    Cool 15 minutes before removing.
    Can be frozen for several months.
