White Chocolate Cheesecake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. graham cracker crumbs
    1/4 c. ground pecans
    1/4 c. plus 1 Tbsp. butter or margarine, melted
    1 lb. white chocolate, coarsely chopped
    2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
    1/2 c. sour cream
    3 eggs
    1 tsp. vanilla extract
Preparation
    Combine the first 3 ingredients, stirring until blended.
    Press into bottom and 1-inch up the side of 9-inch spring-form pan.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 for 8 minutes.
    Cool.
    Melt chocolate in top of double boiler.
    Let cool slightly.
