Alabama Pecan Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 c. finely chopped pecans
1 unbaked deep dish pie shell
4 eggs, beaten
3 Tbsp. melted butter
1/2 tsp. salt
2 Tbsp. flour
1/2 c. sugar
1 1/2 c. dark corn syrup
1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation

Sprinkle pecans on bottom of pie shell.
Combine other ingredients; mix well.
Pour into pie shells.
Bake at 425\u00b0 for 10 minutes.
Reduce heat to 325\u00b0.
Bake 40 minutes or until filling is firm.
