Spaghetti For 100 - cooking recipe
Ingredients

20 c. (50 medium) onions
20 lb. ground beef
5 garlic bulbs
2 c. oil
20 cans tomatoes (28 oz.)
20 cans tomato sauce (6 oz.)
2 c. parsley flakes
2 tsp. basil
10 tsp. thyme
12 tsp. salt
4 tsp. pepper
1 1/2 Tbsp. oregano
4 tsp. red pepper (go light)
Worcestershire sauce
16 lb. spaghetti
lots and lots of fresh mushrooms
Preparation

Saute sliced mushrooms and onions until transparent.
Brown meat with garlic.
Add additional ingredients, including spaghetti which has been cooked according to package directions.
(I use a bit more beef and a bit less spaghetti.)
