Deep-Fried Fish - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    cooking oil
    fish fillets or whole fish
    1/4 c. cornmeal
    1/4 c. flour
    salt and pepper
    1 egg, beaten
Preparation
    Heat enough oil to cover fish at least 1-inch to a temperature of about 375\u00b0.
    Meanwhile, dip fish in a mix of cornmeal and seasoned flour; then in the egg and then again in the meal-flour mixture.
    Fry for 3 to 6 minutes or until browned.
