English Tea Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3/4 c oleo
2 c brown sugar
2 eggs
1 c coffee cold
1 tsp vanilla
1 tsp maple flavoring
3 c flour
1 tsp soda
1 c nuts
1 pkg chocolate chips
Preparation

Cream all ingredients together.
Drop from teaspoon onto a greased and floured cookie sheet.
Bake at
350\u00b0 for 25-30 minutes.
Let cool.
Cover with frosting (recipe to follow).
