Pineapple Upside-Down Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 Tbsp. butter
    1/2 c. brown sugar
    crushed pineapple
    2 egg yolks
    1 c. sugar
    1 c. flour
    1 tsp. baking powder
    1/2 tsp. salt
    4 Tbsp. pineapple juice
    1 tsp. vanilla
    2 beaten egg whites
Preparation
    Put butter, brown sugar and crushed pineapple in bottom of baking dish.
    Mix next 7 ingredients together.
    Add beaten egg whites.
    Pour into baking dish.
    Bake at 325\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
