Corn Pudding - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    1/4 c. chopped green pepper
    1 stick oleo
    1 pkg. Jiffy corn muffin mix
    1 can cream-style corn
    1 can whole kernel corn, plus the juice
    3 beaten eggs
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Saute onion and green pepper in oleo for 5 minutes.
    Add all ingredients to muffin mix.
    Beat until smooth.
    Bake in casserole at 350\u00b0 for 30 to 40 minutes.
