Fresh Apple Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. oil
    1 c. white sugar
    1 c. brown sugar
    3 eggs
    2 1/2 c. self-rising flour
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1 c. chopped nuts
    3 c. apples, chopped
Preparation
    Mix oil, sugars and eggs and beat well.
    Sift flour and add gradually to mixture.
    Add vanilla and beat well.
    Fold in nuts and apples.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
