Baked Clam Dip - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 stick margarine
    1 small onion
    1/2 tsp. Tabasco sauce
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    1 tsp. garlic powder
    1/2 tsp. oregano
    2 (6 1/2 oz.) cans minced clams and juice
    1 c. Italian bread crumbs
    2 Tbsp. lemon juice
    8 oz. bag shredded Mozzarella
Preparation
    In frying pan over low flame, melt 1 stick margarine.
    Stir in 1 small, minced onion until onion is tender.
    Stir in Tabasco sauce, pepper, garlic powder, oregano, and lemon juice.
    Heat to simmer.
    Add bread crumbs; stir in.
    Add Mozzarella until melted. Serve warm with crackers or tortilla chips.
    Can be made ahead and reheated in microwave.
