Linguini And Scallops - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. or more scallops
    1 lb. linguini
    Parmesan or Romano cheese, grated
    Mozzarella or Provolone cheese
    1/2 to 1 c. milk
    garlic salt
    salt and pepper
Preparation
    Steam scallops and season with salt, pepper and garlic salt. Prepare noodles; make sure that they are no longer than 4 inches each.
    (It makes stirring in the cheese quite difficult if they are too long.)
    Add cheese to noodles and stir until melted.
    Add milk as a thinner.
    Add scallops last.
