Spaghetti Sauce And Meatballs - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 x 3-inch hunk salt pork, scored
3 cloves garlic, sliced
3 (18 oz.) cans tomato paste
9 paste cans water
1 qt. tomatoes
1 lb. Romano cheese
Preparation

Brown garlic and salt pork being careful not to burn it or your sauce is ruined before your start.
Blend paste and water. Add to salt pork. Add tomatoes. Grate the Romano cheese, adding to sauce 1/3 cup. Simmer slowly for 4 hours.
