No Peek Stew - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. chuck, cubed
    6 carrots, sliced
    4 stalks celery, chunked
    1 onion, sliced
    5 potatoes, cut up
    1/2 c. water
    1/2 c. tomato or V-8 juice
    4 bouillon cubes
    2 Tbsp. tapioca
    salt and pepper
    1 tsp. garlic
Preparation
    Put meat on bottom of Dutch oven. Add veggies.
    Mix rest of ingredients and pour over all.
    Put top on pan and cook 4 hours at 250\u00b0.
