Sour Cream Pound Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 lb. butter
    3 c. sugar
    6 egg yolks, beaten
    3 c. flour
    pinch of salt
    1/2 pt. sour cream
    1/4 tsp. soda
    6 egg whites, beaten
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1 tsp. lemon extract
Preparation
    Cream butter and sugar.
    Add egg yolks.
    Mix well.
    Sift flour 3 times with salt.
    Add alternately with sour cream to which soda has been added.
    Fold in egg whites which have been beaten to stiff peaks.
    Add vanilla and lemon extracts.
    Bake in greased and floured tube pan for 1 1/2 hours at 300\u00b0.
    Cool in pan 10 minutes.
