Ham, Cheese And Potato Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. cooked ham, cut into 1-inch chunks
2 c. cooked potatoes, diced
1 Tbsp. pimento (optional)
1 c. shredded cheese
1/2 c. half and half cream
Preparation

Combine ham, potatoes and pimento in a 13 x 9 x 2 baking dish. Make cheese sauce by heating half and half and adding cheese until creamy. Stir constantly.
Pour over ham mixture.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes or until desired consistency.
