Chocolate Sheet Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

2 c. sugar
2 c. flour
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 stick oleo
1/2 c. Crisco
4 Tbsp. cocoa
1 c. water
1/2 tsp. soda
2 slightly beaten eggs
1/2 c. buttermilk

Preparation

Mix the sugar, flour and cinnamon by hand.
Put remaining ingredients in saucepan.
Stir until it bubbles.
Add to mixture. Add 1 teaspoon vanilla.
Mix well by hand.
Pour into a 16 x 11-inch pan and bake 20 minutes at 400\u00b0.
Be sure to grease pan with oil or Crisco.
Start icing before cake is done.
