Salsa - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. cider vinegar
    3 medium onions, chopped
    1 1/2 Tbsp. crushed red pepper
    8 Tbsp. sugar
    2 Tbsp. salt
    18 ripe tomatoes
Preparation
    Scald, peel and crush tomatoes.
    Combine tomatoes with rest of ingredients in large pan.
    Bring to hard boil.
    Boil for one hour, stirring often.
    Pour into pint jars.
    I process mine in a water bath for 10 minutes. Yields 2 to 3 pints.
