Mexican Corn Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. corn meal
    1 c. cream-style corn
    2/3 c. oil
    2 eggs
    3 tsp. baking powder
    1 tsp. salt
    2 jalapeno peppers, washed, seeded and minced
    2 Tbsp. chopped green pepper
    1 c. grated sharp cheese
Preparation
    Mix together all ingredients, except cheese.
    Pour 1/2 of batter in heated iron skillet.
    Cover with 1/2 of cheese.
    Top with rest of batter; cover with rest of cheese.
    Bake at
    375\u00b0 for about 45 minutes.
