Karen'S Low-Fat Lasagne - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    9 lasagne noodles
    32 oz. bottle Prego spaghetti sauce
    1 can tomato paste
    1 Tbsp. dried sweet basil
    1 clove garlic, minced
    1 small onion, chopped
    1 lb. ground turkey
    1 container skim Ricotta cheese
    1/2 c. egg substitute
    2 Tbsp. dried ground parsley
    8 to 16 oz. part skim Mozzarella cheese, grated
Preparation
    Cook lasagne noodles according to package directions and set aside in cool water to prevent sticking.
