Crabmeat Au Gratin #2 - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. chopped onion
    1 stalk celery
    1/4 lb. butter
    1/2 c. flour
    13 oz. evaporated milk
    2 egg yolks
    1 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. red pepper
    1/4 tsp. black pepper
    1 lb. white crabmeat
    1/2 lb. grated cheese
Preparation
    Saute onion and celery in butter until wilted.
    Blend in flour. Pour in milk gradually, stirring constantly.
    Add egg yolks, salt and peppers.
    Cook 5 minutes.
    Put crabmeat in a mixing bowl and pour sauce over crabmeat.
    Mix well and transfer to lightly greased casserole.
    Sprinkle with grated cheese.
    Baked at 375\u00b0 for 25 to 30 minutes.
    Serves 6.
