Kielbasa And Sauerkraut - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. kielbasa or any Polish sausage of your choice
    24 oz. sauerkraut
    1 to 2 Tbsp. brown sugar
    1/2 medium onion, chopped fine
    1 clove garlic, chopped fine
    1/2 to 3/4 c. water
Preparation
    Slice kielbasa into 1/2-inch or smaller slices.
    Place in large frypan.
    After draining and rinsing sauerkraut for 2 minutes, add it to pan along with the rest of ingredients.
    Cook over medium heat for 35 to 45 minutes.
    Serves 4.
