Barbecued Pork Ribs - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 to 4 lb. spareribs, cut in pieces
2 tsp. liquid smoke
1 c. catsup
1/3 c. Worcestershire sauce
1 tsp. chili powder
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. Tabasco sauce
2 c. water
2 tsp. liquid smoke
1 tsp. celery seed
Preparation

Place ribs in shallow roasting pan, meaty side up.
Sprinkle with 2 teaspoons liquid smoke.
Roast in hot oven at 450\u00b0 for 30 minutes. Combine remaining ingredients except smoke and celery seed. Bring to boiling and pour over ribs.
Continue baking in moderate 350\u00b0 oven for 1 hour or until tender. Baste ribs with sauce every 15 or 20 minutes.
Fifteen minutes before ribs are done, sprinkle with remaining liquid smoke and celery seed. Serves 4.
