Roasted Garlic Mashed Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 to 10 cloves garlic
    1 1/4 sticks butter or oleo
    5 medium potatoes
    whipping cream
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Cook potatoes and mash with enough whipping cream to make them fluffy. Add salt, pepper and butter. Roast garlic in a little butter until very dark. Put garlic with 1 stick butter in food processor. Mince. Add to potatoes.
