Pot Roast - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 c. flour
    3 to 3 1/2 lb. boneless beef roast
    4 medium potatoes, peeled and quartered
    4 medium carrots, sliced diagonally
    1 envelope Lipton onion soup mix
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 325\u00b0.
    In a large baking dish, place roast. Prepare soup mix with water as directed.
    Add flour to mixture. Arrange vegetables around roast.
    Pour soup mixture over all. Bake, covered, until roast is tender, 1 1/2 to 2 1/4 hours.
