Marinade For Venison - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. water
    1/2 c. red wine vinegar
    2 tsp. dehydrated onion
    1 clove garlic
    1/2 tsp. thyme
    4 sprigs parsley
    12 whole black peppercorns
    1/2 c. chopped celery
    1 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Place ingredients in a saucepan and bring to a boil.
    Simmer covered for 1
    hour.
    Cool.
    Pour over meat and marinate in refrigerator for 24 hours.
