Martha'S Bran Muffins - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. boiling water
3 c. Nabisco All Bran
1/2 c. margarine
1 c. sugar
2 eggs
2 1/2 c. flour
2 1/2 tsp. baking soda
1 pt. buttermilk
1/2 tsp. salt
Preparation
-
Mix boiling water and Nabisco All Bran; let stand until all of the water is absorbed.
Mix in all of the remaining ingredients. Pour into muffin tins and bake at 400\u00b0 for 15 minutes.
You can mix and store the mixture in glass jars.
It keeps for a month. Use as you want; make a few at a time.
