Italian Cole Slaw - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 medium head cabbage or 2 bags (ready cut slaw cabbage)
1 medium onion, sliced
1 c. cider vinegar
3/4 c. salad oil
5/8 c. sugar
1 tsp. dry mustard
1 tsp. salt (optional)
Preparation

Shred cabbage; add onion.
Add sugar.
Mix.
Boil vinegar, oil, celery seed and mustard.
Pour over cabbage; mix.
Cover. Store for at least 4 to 6 hours.
Ready to serve.
Keeps about 3 weeks.
Makes a lot.
