Pineapple Pound Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. sugar
    1 Tbsp. + 1 tsp. hot water
    1 small can crushed pineapple
    1/2 tsp. cloves
    1 c. chopped nuts
    1 1/4 c. oil
    4 eggs
    2 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
    2 1/2 c. self-rising flour
Preparation
    Mix together sugar, oil and hot water.
    Add eggs one at a time.
    Add pineapple, cinnamon, cloves, flour and nuts.
    Pour into greased and floured tube pan.
    Bake at 325\u00b0 for 1 hour and 15 minutes.
    Use ice pick to punch holes in top of cake while hot. Make glaze and pour over cake while hot.
