Potato Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 qt. diced, cooked potatoes
1 c. diced onion
1 c. celery
8 hard-cooked eggs, divided
2 c. sour cream
1/2 c. mayonnaise
1 tsp. salt
1/4 c. vinegar
1 tsp. hot prepared mustard
Preparation

Combine potatoes, onion, celery and diced whites of 7 eggs in a bowl.
Mash yolks.
Add sour cream, mayonnaise, spices,
vinegar and mustard; mix well.
Chill before serving.
