French Bread Farci - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (14 oz.) pkg. French rolls
    2/3 c. water
    1/2 c. parsley
    1/4 c. Dijon mustard
    2 eggs
    1/2 tsp. pepper
    1 lb. hot sausage
    1 lb. hamburger
    1 medium onion, diced
    3/4 stick oleo
    1 garlic clove, minced
    1/2 tsp. oregano
Preparation
    Halve the rolls, lengthwise.
    Remove soft centers. Leave shells about 1/4 inch thick. Let centers dry. Crumble to fine consistency and add water, parsley, eggs, mustard, oregano and pepper.
    Preheat oven to 400\u00b0.
    Brown sausage, hamburger and onion; drain.
    Melt oleo and garlic in pan and spread over filling and rolls.
    Bake 10 to 15 minutes.
