Fish Batter - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 Tbsp. flour
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. bicarbonate of soda
Preparation
    Prepare ham for baking as usual.
    Put in a deep roasting pan with 5 cups of water. Put lid on pan.
    Heat oven to 500\u00b0. Put ham in oven for 15 minutes.
    Cut oven off; leave ham in oven for 2 1/2 hours.
    Turn oven to 500\u00b0 again for 15 minutes.
    Turn oven off. Leave closed 7 to 8 hours or overnight.
