Fudge - cooking recipe
Ingredients

5 c. sugar
1 (13 oz.) can evaporated milk
2 tbsp. cocoa powder
2 sticks butter
1 (8 oz.) jar marshmallow cream
1 (12 oz.) pkg. chocolate chips
1 tsp. vanilla
pecans
Preparation
-
Mix sugar, milk, cocoa powder and butter in heavy pot.
Cook until it reaches soft ball stage on candy thermometer.
Take off heat and add other ingredients.
Pour into buttered dish.
