Basic Sweet Dough - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3/4 c. milk
    1/2 c. sugar
    1 1/4 tsp. salt
    1/2 c. butter or margarine
    2 pkg. active dry yeast
    1/3 c. warm water (105~ to 115~)
    3 eggs (at room temperature)
    5 1/2 to 6 1/2 c. all-purpose flour (I use 5 c. and check to see how tight the dough is)
Preparation
    Combine milk, sugar, salt and butter in small saucepan.
    Heat over low heat until butter melts and sugar dissolves.
    Cool. Dissolve yeast in warm water in a warmed bowl.
    Add lukewarm milk mixture, eggs and 5 cups flour.
    Attach bowl and dough hook; mix 2 minutes on speed 2.
    Continue beating.
    Add remaining flour 1/2 cup at a time until dough clings to hook, about 2 minutes.
    Knead and place in greased bowl.
    Grease top.
    Cover and let rise in warm place until double in bulk, about 1 hour.
    Punch down.
    Make cinnamon rolls.
