Crab Cakes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 slices bread, crumbled (without crusts)
    1 Tbsp. mayonnaise
    2 tsp. McCormick seafood seasoning
    1 egg
    1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
    pinch of pastry flakes
    cracker crumbs
Preparation
    Remove the crusts from the bread; break into small pieces.
    Mix well with the egg which has been well beaten.
    Add remaining ingredients.
    Form into cakes, dip into cracker crumbs and saute quickly in small amount of hot fat.
    Makes 6 crab cakes.
