Mom'S Blueberry Pie Filling - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. sugar or 1/2 c. honey
    3 Tbsp. cornstarch
    1/8 tsp. salt
    1 c. water
    4 c. blueberries
    1 Tbsp. butter
Preparation
    Mix sugar or honey, cornstarch and salt together.
    Add water and 1 cup of blueberries.
    Cook and stir until thick.
    Add 1 tablespoon butter and fold in 3 more cups of blueberries.
    Pour blueberry mix into pie shell.
    Chill for a while until nice and cold.
    Serve with whipped cream or ice cream.
