Easy Ice Cream - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 eggs
    1 to 1 1/2 c. sugar or honey
    1 Tbsp. vanilla
    1 Tbsp. lemon juice
    2 c. fresh fruit, blended
    2 c. cream
    2 qt. milk
Preparation
    Blend eggs, sugar, vanilla, lemon juice and fruit with cream in a blender.
    Pour into a freezer.
    Add milk to 1-inch from the top.
    Freeze according to manufacturer's instructions.
