Granny'S Macaroni And Cheese - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. macaroni
about 2 qt. water
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1 Tbsp. oil
3/4 lb. Velveeta cheese
1 1/2 sticks oleo
1 can Cheddar cheese soup
1 can evaporated milk
Preparation

In a large pan, bring water, salt and oil to a rolling boil. Add macaroni (stir several times during cooking).
Boil until macaroni is tender (not mushy).
Drain.
Add oleo, cheese and soup.
Cover until melted.
Add milk.
Mix well.
Pour into a 9 x 13-inch pan.
Bake at 400\u00b0 for about 15 minutes or until slightly brown around edges.
