Fresh Apple Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. sugar
2 eggs
1/2 c. water
1 c. oil
2 1/2 c. diced apples
1 c. chopped nuts
2 1/2 c. self-rising flour
1 Tbsp. cinnamon
1 pkg. Nestle butterscotch chips (6 oz.)
Preparation

Combine sugar, eggs, water and oil.
Add dry ingredients; mix well, while adding apples and nuts.
Pour into greased and floured pan (13 x 9-inch).
Sprinkle butterscotch morsels over top of batter.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
