Apple Caramel Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. flour
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. cinnamon
3/4 c. oil
1 1/2 c. sugar
3 large eggs
1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
2 c. apples, chunked
1 c. chopped pecans
Preparation

Beat well in large bowl, oil, sugar and eggs.
Add rest of ingredients.
Bake at 350\u00b0 in a 13 x 9 x 2 pan for 50 to 55 minutes.
Glaze.
