Spinach Balls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen chopped spinach
    1 large onion, finely chopped
    3/4 c. melted butter or margarine
    1/2 tsp. pepper
    3 c. herb-seasoned stuffing mix
    6 well-beaten eggs
    1/2 c. grated Parmesan cheese
    1 1/2 tsp. garlic salt
Preparation
    Drain spinach well and squeeze to remove excess moisture. Combine spinach with remaining ingredients.
    Shape into 3/4-inch balls and place on lightly greased cookie sheet.
    These can be made ahead and frozen and then baked.
    Can be made in blender. Taste like they are made with sausage.
    Bake at 325\u00b0 for 15 to 20 minutes.
    Yields about 100.
