Hot Off The Grill Ham Steaks - cooking recipe
Ingredients

ham steaks, cut about 1/2 inch thick
1 c. brown sugar
1/3 c. horseradish
1/4 c. lemon juice
Preparation

Combine sugar, horseradish and lemon juice; boil for 2 to 3 minutes.
Brush on ham steaks and grill.
Watch carefully, they burn easily.
